About fly free

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, I have often faced challenges in finding the therapeutic support I needed. This challenge inspired me to become a compassionate resource for others navigating similar experiences. With over 11 years of experience and training in a variety of therapeutic modalities and settings, I can say with confidence that I specialise in providing support and interventions that empower individuals to step into their true selves. I work in a neuro-affirming, trauma informed way which helps you grow with confidence and self compassion.

My own learning and development deepened as I supported and advocated for my children during their diagnosis processes, leading me to recognise my own struggles with undiagnosed ADHD. The revelation of a formal ADHD diagnosis in my 30’s ignited a passion to educate myself and support others in the neurodivergent community.

Today, I specialise in therapeutic approaches from a trauma-informed perspective, offering a range of therapeutic interventions including integrative talking therapy, outdoor therapy, and somatic therapy via movement-based yoga sessions.

In addition to one-on-one counselling, I write and facilitate training and workshops on topics such as neurodiversity in education, mental health in the workplace, stress and anxiety management, ADHD, and emotional regulation.

My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their unique experiences and feel heard and empowered on their journey toward understanding and self-acceptance.
