Neuroaffirmative Supervision

1:1 Supervision
1:1 online supervision is ideal for anyone who is working in a role where they are helping others. This could be therapists, coaching, education, advocates, social care etc.
Supervision from a neuroaffirming perspective which offers validation over pathology, prioritises lived experience and emphasis is on honouring both your own and your client groups understanding of their brains and view of the world they are in.
This model challenges traditional systemic, ableist frameworks of supervision. A safe space for sharing, discussion, ethical dilemmas and reflective practice.
Group supervision offers a peer perspective and is also available.

Group Supervision
Group supervision takes place online and allows for community growth and peer support in the way that 1:1 supervision can not.
The sessions are contracted and content protected by professional codes of conduct and agreements.
The core principles of neuroaffirmative supervision remain in place and the added dimension of multiple perspectives and lived experiences bring value to the time spent together.
Group dynamics are not for everyone and as a facilitator my role includes ensuring the group as clear direction and purpose.
1:1 supervision is also available.
